The Oklahoma Kings earned a hard fought victory in their Pro Basketball Association season/home opener on Saturday May 21st, defeating the Plainview Knights in overtime! Lead by first year head coach Sam Webber II, the Kings started out strong & lead by as many as 9 points in the 1st quarter. Plainview was able to keep the game competitive and forced overtime in Edmond, Oklahoma with regulation ending with a score tied at 94. The Kings came out in overtime aggressive! They were able to get to the rim on multiple dribble drives & caused turnovers on the defensive end, securing the win 104-101. Oklahoma Kings finished with 8 players in double figures and 2 players with double-double (Noah Brown, Romio Harvey), while also shooting 56% from the floor and 87% from the free-throw line.
